BusinessGO expands into the regions: entrepreneurs introduced to an integrated digital ecosystem
Around 200 entrepreneurs from Shymkent and Turkestan explored the capabilities of the BusinessGO platform and shared proposals for its further development.
Meetings were held in Shymkent and Turkestan to discuss the development of BusinessGO, an integrated digital platform for small and medium-sized enterprises. The discussions brought together around 200 entrepreneurs, business bloggers and opinion leaders.
Earlier presentations in Almaty and Astana introduced the platform to more than 70 business representatives. BusinessGO has now been presented in four of the country’s major business centres, with feedback from entrepreneurs helping to ensure that its further development reflects practical business needs.
The main speaker, Nurbek Nalkozha, Member of the Management Board and Chief of Staff of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan «Atameken», highlighted the platform’s core purpose: to bring essential digital tools together in a single user account, making day-to-day business operations simpler, faster and more accessible.
“Businesses that act quickly and take a systematic approach are best placed to succeed today. BusinessGO helps reduce the administrative burden, cut spending on separate digital solutions and provide entrepreneurs with a single, convenient workspace,” said Nurbek Nalkozha.
The platform brings together the AOFD fiscal data service, GreenKassa online cash register software, the GreenMag inventory management system, the Amian marketing programme, the Taxpayer Passport and other tools. These services enable entrepreneurs to process and record payments in compliance with applicable requirements, track incoming goods and stock levels, analyse sales, run loyalty programmes and promote their products and services.
Flexibility is central to the platform’s design. Businesses can start with the tools they need most and add further services as their needs evolve. The paid service package costs KZT 15,000 for 12 months.
Project Coordinator Shynbolat Kurmashev outlined BusinessGO’s features, explained how to sign up and demonstrated the practical benefits of its services.
Much of each meeting was devoted to open discussion. Participants asked questions, shared their experiences of using the platform and proposed improvements to its functionality and promotion.
Nurbek Nalkozha noted that this feedback is particularly important at the current stage of development. Entrepreneurs deal with practical business challenges every day and are well placed to identify the digital solutions the market needs most.
“The BusinessGO super app is currently under development. It will bring together an even wider range of services to make entrepreneurs’ day-to-day work as convenient as possible. Business proposals and practical experience are especially valuable to us at this stage,” the Atameken Chief of Staff emphasised.
