IE "Seidakhmetov" received a notification of the district office of the State Revenue Department. It pointed to the need to pay the tax for 2014 in the amount of 150 thousand tenge. This amount has been assessed on the basis of in-house control, exclusively on profits, excluding incurred expenses. The businessman did not agree with that. He addressed for help to the Chamber of Entrepreneurs.
"The staff of the fiscal body did not take into account the fact that the entrepreneur works under the general regime and, therefore, the amount of expenses must be taken into account during the calculation. Therefore, we analyzed all the primary documents, accounting and tax records and calculated the actual amount he has to pay under the law is 23 thousand tenge. The Department agreed with such a sum and the entrepreneur paid it", - said the director of the branch in Kostanai district of Kostanai region of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs Aigul Nursagitova.
In 2015 the Regional Chamber received more than 360 appeals from businessmen, 159 of them - on the facts of infringement of the legitimate rights and interests. More than a hundred of problematic issues were resolved positively, 14 of them are considered in the court. The largest number of complaints were received concerning the taxation, transport control, land relations and procurement.
