Industry associations stand for NCE RK
Business community assessed the work of the organization, responding to the statement of Olzhas Khudaybergenov
"For many years I headed the Union of mining and metallurgical industry, producers-exporters. In recent years, I have very clearly understood that the effectiveness of our work in promotion of the interests of metallurgists and miners and coal miners has grown substantially due to the work of the established National Chamber of entrepreneurs", - said the executive director of the Republican Association of Mining and Metallurgical Enterprises Nikolai Radostovets.
He stressed that the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs is not just a platform for discussion of different opinions, but also their consolidation and development of a common approach. "All of our executives, managers know what role plays NCE. If in 2015-2016 the Chamber did not support us, mining and metallurgical sector by putting questions to the Government regarding the support of concrete objects, then we would have gone into the minus, people would have lost their jobs. And the industry in 2015, despite the crisis, with the support of NCE and the Government was able to maintain sustainable development, stability and good prospects. NCE is our achievement, no matter what other people say let it be on their conscience", - concluded Radostovets.
The Chairman of the Committee of construction, production of building materials and housing under NCE RK Alexander Belovich, in turn, noted that one person can’t assess the performance of the National Chamber. "If it was announced by the business community, we could say that there are some mistakes. Of course, we need NCE, which is proved by its work. Surely, someone has a claim. It is not so simple. NCE is working with business associations and the effectiveness of this work depends on how active associations cooperate with the Chamber", - he said.
The head of the Association of Light Industry Lubov Khudova also expressed her opinion. "For many years we have been discussing the establishment of an organization such as NCE. It has already been formed, and to say that it is ineffective - is not exactly a correct thing to do. Here we have, for example, a committee of the manufacturing industry - we are working very closely with industry associations. All the issues we are discussing at NCE", - she said.
Khudova noted that before the establishment of NCE, there was no such an opportunity, when state authorities, business and other stakeholders could meet at the site of the state body and solve the problem and put an end to disputes. "NCE - is a powerful tool that should be used and developed", - she added.
The head of the association has given concrete examples. "The order of the subdivision of the Defense Ministry for leather and wool outfits, we have solved the situation with the state authorities and the regions. Each region could put any question to an official. We were able to break the deadlock related to school uniforms in the past year", - she said.
