Legalization has helped the entrepreneur
In December 2015, an individual entrepreneur Kairat Arynov addressed to the branch of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of North Kazakhstan region in Ualihanov District with the request to help with the documents on real estate – the building of the shop. The staff of the branch in the course of interaction with the entrepreneur revealed that there was a major problem due to the absence of the act of commissioning of the completed object, which complicated the registration of the rights.
Kairat Arynov acknowledged that he carried out the construction himself, and this in turn lead to the violation of the law and it is punishable by an administrative penalty.
However, the entrepreneur was not left on his own and the help was rendered with the reference to the law "On amnesty of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan, oralmans and persons, having a residence permit in the Republic of Kazakhstan in connection with the legalization of property". The application of the law allowed K. Arynov to formalize the property rights and to avoid a fine.
The branch helped him with preparation of the required legislation package of documents, there was ordered and received the conclusion of a certified expert, which carry out technical inspection of buildings on compliance of the object with building regulations, to apply for the manufacture of technical passport for the property, and then apply to the legalization commission.
Today an individual entrepreneur K. Arynov registered his rights on the building of the store, he thanked the branch of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs for assistance in solving the problem.
It is worth noting that earlier members of the district commission for legalization refused other entrepreneurs due to non-compliance of the objects to fire protection and sanitary-epidemiological requirements.
After receiving applications on the protection of the rights of the businesses, the branch sent a letter to the district prosecutor's office about the illegal actions of members of the Commission, on the basis of checks carried out by the prosecutor's office, there was sent a petition to eliminate violations of the rule of law, and 4 officials were brought to disciplinary responsibility.
As a result of the work done in this direction by the branch in the registration of rights for the property during the period of 2015, there were restored property rights of fourteen businesses.
