The barrier was eliminated!
Several agricultural production cooperatives were registered thanks to the regional branch of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs in North Kazakhstan Region
Advocacy about the benefits of agricultural production cooperatives and state support in the form of subsidies for the development of livestock breeding yields results.
So, in Zhambyl region, several people with entrepreneurial initiative got interested in the question of creation of agricultural production cooperatives for processing of livestock products. However, at the stage of state registration of agricultural production coopersatives, they faced some difficulties, which were associated with the requirement of the competent authorities – Center for Servicing Population, department of justice - to submit a complete package of documents: protocol of constitutional assembly, the Charter in several copies, including their translation in the state language. Members of the future agricultural production cooperative addressed with this problem to the local branch of RCE in NKR.
As it turned out in the course of a detailed study of the legislation, state registration of legal entities, which are registered as subjects of small business, stipulates provision of only one notification on the commencement of the business activities in the prescribed form and order to the relevant authorities.
"Thus, the Charter should not be submitted by subjects of small business in the process of state registration. In this regard, we have managed to eliminate barriers by sending a letter to the competent authorities of the region with the request to eliminate violations of the rule of law ", - says the director of the local branch of RCE in NKR Nataliya Lazareva.
As a result of provided assistance, several agricultural cooperatives were easily registered.
