The Chamber of entrepreneurs prevented the closure of a large factory
The lack of response from the state body almost led to disruptions in the work of the first domestic plant for the production of stoneware tiles "Zerde ceramics". The company, which has no analogues in Kazakhstan, attracts foreign experts since 2015, since the plant is equipped with a technical line of Italian production. Unfortunately, In our country there are no engineers of machinery and equipment, presser, polisher able to work on the latest foreign equipment, not used previously in Kazakhstan. In the absence of local personnel, the plant attracted foreign labor force in the past year. This year the work permit for three foreigners expired on July 14th.
The company has submitted an application to the employment center in Shymkent with a request to search on the domestic labor market, these experts, recently the state body stated that the search continues. Term of permit for attraction of foreign labor was coming to an end, but there was no specific response. A lack of key personnel, on whom depended the functioning of the process of production, threatened the stop of the company.
The leadership of "Zerde ceramics" addressed to the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the South Kazakhstan region with a request to solve urgently the problem.
As part of measures to protect the rights of entrepreneurs, experts of the Chamber held talks with SE "Employment Center of Shymkent" and explained the need for an urgent response direction entrepreneur. On 14th of July came the agency's response that among the registered unemployed people and job seekers there are have specialists that meet the requirements, stated LLP "Zerde ceramics". This means that the company can thus be allowed to continue to attract foreign experts.
