The lawyers of the regional Chamber of entrepreneurs managed to find a compromise solution in the case of Erbolat Musagalieva, who addressed to the Chamber in connection with the suspension of business activities due to the arrest of the premises, where he exercises sewing and repair of footwear and accessories.
"I won the tender, but by the bank's fault, money was not transferred on time, and the tender was declared invalid - said Erbolat Musagaliev. - I immediately filed a complaint against the bailiff, but despite this, bailiffs, without warning and without presenting any documents, sealed the premises on the other proceedings. " At the request of the entrepreneur not to intervene until the trial for the failed auction, the bailiff did not respond.
During consideration of the appeal, it turned out that the building was owned by the sister of the businessman. Nevertheless, the Chamber has reached an agreement with the private bailiff, that the seal on the premises will be removed, and the new bids on the building will not be declared until the lawsuit is in court.
The next day the businessman called the Chamber and thanked them for their assistance.
