Meeting of the Council on the protection of the rights of entrepreneurs
On 26th of May will be held a meeting of the Council on the protection of the rights of entrepreneurs, which will consider several problems of small and medium-sized businesses, as well as the organization of the activities of advisory bodies by local authorities.
LLP “POLITERM” addressed to NCE RK. The company implements the investment project "Construction of the plant for production of mineral wool mats and basalt" in Makinsk of Bulandy district of Akmola region. A unique facility in the country cannot be implemented for 3 years already because of the actions of "NATD", which should invest the project.
JSC "NATD" has not provided the technical documentation, and in the period from 2010 to 2012 stepped back from financing of the project, resulting in constant delay of the start of construction. It is necessary to point out that there are similar problems with many other investment projects, which were attended by JSC "NATD". So, NATD has in its portfolio 8 projects and none of them has been fully implemented. If no proper reasons will be given to justify inefficiencies of NATD, NCE will address to the Prosecutor General's Office to check activities of the organization.
There will be considered the problem of LLP "mini-bakery "Tatiana", included in the program “Business Road Map – 2020”, due to the fact that the company received subsidies intermittently for unknown reasons; and LLP “ILNO GROUP”, which applied to NCE RK to help to suspend the auction of partnership's property because of disagreement with the initiative undertaken by the Investment Fund of Kazakhstan's in terms of real estate assessment. IFC has identified a total market value of the company in the amount of 9,264,435 US dollars, while the market value of the company's assets only in September 2012 exceeded 21 million dollars.
NCE draws attention of financial institutions and organizations, designed to assist business development in Kazakhstan, not forget that they should be partners to business, and shouldn’t try to make profit on financial failures of entrepreneurs.
