The Law "On public procurement" was sent for examination
The Law "On public procurement" was posted at the website www.palata.kz for public discussion
The National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan received for preliminary examination the text of the draft Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On State Procurements" (in new edition) with amendments of the deputies of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, approved by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In order to ensure the adoption of a consolidated opinion on the draft Law "On public procurement", we posted the draft Law (in the new edition) with amendments of the deputies of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan at the website of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs www.palata.kz

Due to short deadlines for consideration, established by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, we kindly ask to consider the draft law and to send comments and suggestions (with a clear and specific justification) up to 26th of July this year by e-mail a.izgaliyev@palata.kz
This law regulates the social relations arising in the process of public procurement. And it applies to relations connected with the purchase of goods, works and services required to ensure the state functions in the process of which entrepreneurs are directly involved in it.
