Microbusiness will be developed in Kyzylorda
NCE RK "Atameken" will allocate 300 million tenge for regional entrepreneurs
Since 2016 the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan "Atameken" and Akimat of Kyzylorda region plan to implement a pilot project "Microbusiness - Kyzylorda". This was stated by the chairman of the Regional Council Askar Makhambetov at a meeting with businessmen.
Today, Acting Director of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Kyzylorda region Darkhan Myrzaliev, who is on a business trip in Astana, said that NCE RK "Atameken" plans to allocate 300 million tenge for the implementation of the "Microbusiness - Kyzylorda" next year. "The signing of the agreement between NCE RK and Akimat of the region is planned during the Investment Forum "Baikonur", which will be held on 14-15th of December in Kyzylorda. As of now specially created working group informs entrepreneurs about the launch of this project, visiting each district", - said the head of the Chamber.
The main purpose and objective of the project is reduction of unemployment, creation of new jobs through creation of microbusinesses, the creation of conditions for development cooperation, implementation of projects on processing of agricultural products, promotion of development of production (storage, slaughterhouse, camera, logistics, MTS based on PPP) and sales infrastructure (mini-markets and shopping pavilions on the highway "Western Europe-Western China"), the integration of domestic and foreign trade markets and distribution networks.
Prospective sources of financing:
• NCE RK "Atameken";
• The regional budget;
• Second-tier banks (mortgage of municipal property,% rate subsidies);
• Grants (APC "Baikonur", the program "Akniet", UNDP, and others.)
The only operator of "Microbusiness - Kyzylorda" is LLP "RIC" Kyzylorda ". The main activity of LLP "Kyzylorda" is creation of start-up microbusiness projects, formation of demand for the products of microbusiness and their promotion on the internal market, a system of harvesting and processing of agricultural products, formation of sales system, promotion of products on foreign markets.
