Technical inspections can make entrepreneurs bankrupt
The Chamber of Entrepreneurs offers to establish uniform rates for services of expert organizations, which will be affordable for business
According to RCE, the cost of technical inspections of vessels, tanks and containers, which are on the account of the territorial division of the authorized body in the field of industrial safety, is overpriced.
"The problem is that the services of expert organizations are too costly. So, for example, on the basis of price proposals sent to the companies for the survey of 28 vessels and 42 lifting mechanisms, one businessman will need more than 10 million tenge", - explained the Director of the Chamber Igor Shatsky.
In accordance with the new Rules of technical examination of various types of tanks, it should be carried out every 12 months, and in some cases - once in 2 years.
According to Igor Shatsky, unreasonable costs of business entities in the near future will lead to a sharp decline in revenue, and subsequently to the bankruptcy of enterprises in need of technical examination of the equipment.
In this connection, the Chamber offers to transfer the function of technical examination to the jurisdiction of the territorial departments of the Committee of industrial development and industrial safety of the Ministry of Investment and Development of Kazakhstan, or to establish uniform, available rates for services of expert organizations, which will be affordable for business.
