9th specialized exhibition "Education. Job. Career-2016" started in Aktobe
Education, job, career - these are the three pillars on which depends success of a modern man. These were the subjects, to which was devoted the two-day exhibition of educational institutions and the round table "The demanded professions in Kazakhstan and Aktobe region". The organizers of the event were the Department of Education of Aktobe region, the regional Chamber of entrepreneurs, NGO "Union of Entrepreneurs and Employers".
More than 30 representatives of secondary and higher educational institutions of Kazakhstan and Russia, training centers, companies in the region presented their expositions.
To help applicants to determine the choice of profession, high school or college and to define new horizons for cooperation in education between Kazakhstan and Russia - are goals pursued by the organizers. There was also a presentation of popular specialties, opportunities, educational institutions, new programs, technologies, assistance for cooperation of employers and educational institutions in matters of employment of graduates and improvement of the training level of graduates will solve many problems.
"Development of human capital – is one of the main directions of our activity. In this regard, the Chamber has signed memorandums with 48 companies and 18 colleges to train specialists in 10 branches. This mutually beneficial partnership: business will receive the necessary staff and future specialist will be able to be sure of his employment", - noted the director of RCE Nurlybek Mukanov.
Within the frames of the exhibition Nurlybek Mukanov signed a tripartite memorandum with colleges and enterprises of the region on cooperation.
