According to RCE, the state order should be formed on the basis of the demands of employers

"Vocational counseling among high school graduates showed that 70% of school leavers did not initially connect their future with technical and vocational education. Almost 50% of students after graduation do not plan to work by the chosen profession. We attribute this to insufficient and sometimes the lack of professional orientation of school children and the fact that the labor market demand in the preparation of specialists is not taken into account", - said Zhanna Skakova, the head of the unit of human capital development of the Chamber of entrepreneurs.

Meanwhile, as it was noted by the representative of RCE huge funds for the training of professional and technical personnel are allocated annually from the local budget. As a result of the wrong career choices, young people have to be retrained under the program "Road Map of Employment - 2020".

As it was told by Zhanna Skakova, in the formation of the state order, based on employers' requests, the Chamber of entrepreneurs provides detailed information on what specialists needs the region. For example, in this way we managed to prepare workers for the oil and gas industry.

"We offer to train through the state order the necessary expertise in the field of electricity, construction, glass and other specialties and qualifications, required by employers, as well as to allocate funds for skills development. Our proposals are supported by the Department of Education, "- says Zhanna Skakova.

In the near future the regional Chamber of Entrepreneurs plans to create the database of required professionals for the small and medium business. In addition, the Chamber of entrepreneurs is going to open educational centers of retraining and advanced training, which are required during implementation of investment projects.
