Another prestigious hotel will open in two years later on the left bank of Astana
InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG), one of the leading hotel operators, expands portfolio in Kazakhstan with the signing of an agreement on the opening of the Holiday Inn Express® Astana
The hotel will become the sixth object under the brand IHG in Kazakhstan and the first Holiday Inn Express® in the region.
Holiday Inn Express® Astana will open in 2018, it will be managed by LLP Fido Estate under a franchise agreement.
Holiday Inn Express® Astana will be located in Esil district on Turan Avenue of the capital of Kazakhstan, in the centre on the way to the international airport. The hotel is easily accessible by car from major attractions such as the monument "Baiterek" and Trade Center "Khan Shatyr", as well as to governmental and administrative buildings, including the Palace of Independence and home ministries.
The Holiday Inn Express® Astana will accommodate 232 rooms, a restaurant, a lobby bar and a small conference room for business meetings. Those who travel by car can use the parking spaces in the garage.
