The number of resource centers at enterprises has increased
Three resource centers at enterprises and a training center at the college for the preparation of the most sought after experts have concluded agreements with the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Astana
At the city forum of educational institutions of technical and vocational education on the topic: "Professional Education and Business: Dialogue of Partners" was held a solemn ceremony of signing of agreements on preparation of specialists in demand.
Quadripartite agreement signed by the Director of the Chamber of entrepreneurs of Astana Tasmaganbetov Ghani, head of the education department of the capital Kasymhan Sengazyev, director of the college of management and business Balkia Pshenova, Polytechnic College - Victor Starunov, Technical College - Shortanbay Kassenov, as well as the social partners: the head of the corporation "TekhnoNIKOL" Alexander Pavlyukov, director of "ingram Kazakhstan” Sergey Veselov and director of "Meru-Jean" Berkin Zhanzhigitov.
Speaking at the forum, the director of the Chamber of entrepreneurs of Astana Ghani Tasmaganbetov noted that in February-March of this year, the Chamber conducted a survey to identify short-term staffing needs by the order of NCE RK "Atameken" and the Information and Analytical Center for Employment of the Ministry of Health and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Our findings are reflected in the research work "early warning system (2016)". In addition, the Chamber further questioned enterprises and organizations of Astana in order to identify their needs for specialists for placing the state educational order in technical and vocational education institutions. On the basis of the obtained data, there has been formed by the final state educational order for 2016 from local budget.
"Together with a number of colleges and enterprises, the Chamber regularly organizes work on the opening of centers for training, retraining and advanced training of workers and technical personnel on-demanded specialties on the basis of these colleges and businesses. We always provide the necessary advice and methodological assistance to this end. Currently, the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs "Atameken" of the Republic of Kazakhstan jointly with the Ministry of National Economy of Kazakhstan is considering the question of mass training of technical specialties. In this regard, the Chamber of entrepreneurs submitted a number of proposals to NCE", - said Gani Tasmaganbetov.
The Chamber also in conjunction with Astana Employment Center is working on the inclusion of education (resource) centers opened with the assistance of the Chamber in the list of training organizations offering professional training in the framework of the Roadmap of employment 2020.
Under the agreement, a training center at the College of Management and Business has to train such professionals as manufacturers of convenience foods, pastry chef, seamstress, stylist, car driver.
Resource Center at LLP "Meru-Jean" will train elevator electricians, machinists of a wide profile, a contact network electricians, locksmiths to repair wagons, locomotive drivers, welders (by type), electricians for repair of electrical equipment.
At the resource center "TekhnoNIKOL", it will be possible to master such skills as a construction technician, specialty "Construction and operation of buildings and structures", and the resource center LLP "Ingram Kazakhstan" teach skills of a technician-builder for liquid industrial floors made of polymeric materials.
The organizers are confident that the results of the forum will establish guidelines for the future development of technical and vocational education, as well as allow participants to build a long term business relationship with the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Astana and the social partners.
