"Senior professionals” share professional experience at the enterprises of Akmola region

Thanks to the project "Senior professionals" within the framework of "Business Road Map - 2020", an entrepreneur from Stepnogorsk Svetlana Laguta got the opportunity to learn from a specialist from Canada Philip Day.

A business woman has opened a kindergarten for 135 places, and therefore she needed qualified professional assistance in training and education of preschool children. Philip Day has more than thirty years of experience in this field. At the time, he has developed many approaches in this field, successfully implementing them in China, South America and the Philippines.

In Stepnogorsk Philip Day studied in detail the system of work in the new preschool, giving theoretical and practical recommendations to Svetlana Lagute in the organization of the educational process, in general, promotion and business development.

Another international expert Susan Wetmore with the mission of organization of catering services visited the restaurant “Kazakhstan” Kokshetau and a recreation center "Parus" in Zerenda district. Susan Wetmore visited more than 80 countries and knows first-hand the specifics and culture of the hospitality industry.

In the framework of the "Roadmap for business-2020", the main purpose of the component "senior professionals" is to increase the professional and educational level of entrepreneurs through provision of consulting and mentoring services by the foreign experts. Participants in the project may be senior and middle managers of small and medium-sized businesses, operating in the priority sectors of the economy. Entrepreneurs, who want to improve their skills in business and to establish business contacts, can apply to the relevant regional Chamber of entrepreneurs.
