College students are at the forefront
19 students of universities and colleges of Ust-Kamenogorsk came to the School of Young Entrepreneurs "Avangard Plus" to get unique knowledge for successful launch of business in the future
In October of this year on the basis of children's and youth library on the initiative of the Council of Business Women of the Chamber of entrepreneurs started school for young entrepreneurs. Authors and project leaders addressed gave their advice to the first students of the school - Director of Children and Youth Library Kulzada Karchalova and chairman of the Council of Business Women Elena Berezinskaya-Abilova.
The highlight of the event was the demonstration of a clothing collection of a young and creative Ust-Kamenogorsk designer, the creative head of the art studio "Sundress" Anastasiya Naumenko. She told the female students about her experience of opening her own business.
About what should be the first steps in their own business, participants of the School of a young entrepreneur learned at the training "Selection of the idea. Find your business ", which was held by the chairman of PA "Business Perspective" Svetlana Prygova.
The second meeting at the School of a young entrepreneur on 28th of October was devoted to the family business and gender equality, which arose genuine interest among listeners. The theme of family business was presented by the chairman of NGO "International Institute of happy family" Olga Ivanova. In her speech, she unveiled the advantages of the family business by example.
One of the objectives of the School of a young entrepreneur is to help in the disclosure of the potential and abilities of young people. Therefore, practicing psychologist Lyudmila Rusina offered the audience several tests that reveal the potential of man. The second part of the meeting was devoted to gender equality in the society. Chairman of the NGO "Women's Federation “Status” Svetlana Kopteva attracted the attention of listeners to the subject. Based on the basic documents of our country in the field of gender policy, the lecturer highlighted the current state of society in the context of ethnic and religious backgrounds, the public opinion, the circumstances, and so on. D. The topics the relevance of which, can’t be argued, were presented in a video, as well as the detailed answers of trainers created the atmosphere of creativity, personal commitment and activity.
On 4th of November was held the third meeting at the School of a young entrepreneur, dedicated to the topics of "Business plan as a business management tool", "Mutual respect – is the foundation of entrepreneurship. Clarification of the rights and duties of entrepreneurs". How to proceed with the drafting of a business plan that must be considered when setting up a business, where to find help in the preparation of this document - to these and other questions in her speech answered the consultant of JSC "Entrepreneurship Development Fund "Damu" Zarina Moldybaeva.
The second part of the meeting was devoted to clarifying the rights and obligations of producers and sellers of goods and services. Specialists of the Department of consumers' rights protection in their speeches were referring to the Entrepreneurial Code and "Standards of public services". Asked Questions allowed trainees to get a better idea of the business that they want to open upon finishing training at the School of a young entrepreneur.
On 11th of November at the fourth meeting the business coach of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of EKR Talgat Kassenov delivered speech in front of students of the School. He spoke about the opportunities for business development offered by internet, and, in particular, the establishment, role and significance of websites in promotion of products and services on the market.
Classes at the School of a young entrepreneur "Avangard plus" continue. The course program is designed for two months and consists of both theoretical and practical lessons.
