Tax officers explained to entrepreneurs, what innovations will be introduced in the New Year in the Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
Leading experts of the Department of State Revenue of Zhambyl region were invited to participate in the second meeting of the Club of Accountants, which was recently opened under the Regional Chamber of Entrepreneurs
"We welcome new members of our club, - said the deputy director of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Zhambyl region Aspandiyar Seisebayev, opening the meeting. - We invite accountants of different enterprises, entrepreneurs, heads accountants of peasant farms of the city and the region in order to create a platform for business dialogue on new developments, to address the problematic issues".
The head of the State Revenue Department Talgat Kambatyrov told entrepreneurs and accountants about innovations that will be introduced in 2017. He elaborated on the amendments in part of debt recovery related to the interaction with JSC "Company for the rehabilitation and asset management" issues of general declaring, changes in the registration of VAT payers, changes in the tax on vehicles, land and property tax of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs as well as explained the notification procedure for registration as an individual entrepreneur.
"From 1st of January 2017 a physical body willing to register as an individual entrepreneur submit in the prescribed form a notice of commencement of activities as an individual entrepreneur - he said. - In connection with the translation services to the notification procedure, there was abolished verification process that previously served as a base in the refusal to register as an individual entrepreneur".
According to him, an important innovation is the abolition of the certificate of state registration as an individual entrepreneur.
Acute topic for many business is the tax on extraction of minerals, on groundwater were revealed in his speech by the specialist Umirzak Kospanov. His colleague Umitzhan Esemanova told accountants about changes in tax reporting associated with special tax regime.
