The first region association of hoteliers and restaurateurs was launched
Now all systemic issues that arise among entrepreneurs working in the catering and hotel business can be raised by the NGO "Restaurant and Hotel Business Association of Aktobe region".

The first official event is a free seminar at the Chamber of Entrepreneurs on explanation of the existing legal acts in the field of sanitary and epidemiological welfare to the population. LLP "Aktobe Expert" familiarized the owners of cafes and restaurants with new approaches to compliance and enforcement activities by the transition to the organization of inspections on the basis of new criteria for assessing the degree of risk, as well as the implementation of the HACCP system, the sanitary-epidemiological audit, allowing to release "prosperous from the sanitary point of view" objects from audits, which are carried by special order. Businessmen said that they can independently enter into a contract with a private entity, carrying out sanitary-epidemiological audit. At the conclusion of the contract to audit a qualified entity receives the audit report, i.e. document compliance with the sanitary rules, the presence of which allows to exclude an object from the schedule of inspections by special order.

What are the advantages of businessmen that have passed SEA? This audit is similar to the one carried out by the Department of Consumer Protection. The Department may impose administrative sanctions. The Company did not apply such measures, but only assists the object and sets deadlines for eliminating shortcomings. The first session took place efficiently, consider members of the association. In the future we plan to cover issues of training and education for the restaurant and hotel industry, service improvement of services and development of approaches to attract customers.

Banu Tlegenova is the head of the new association. She is about 24 years in the restaurant business. She knows all the subtleties and problematic issues in this sphere.
The association of restaurateurs and regional hotels was created on the initiative of the Regional Chamber of entrepreneurs. The legal registration of the organization was held on 23rd of December 2016.
