"Thanks to the support of the state, our company successfully develops. We plan to introduce new technologies, modernization of production", - says General director of "Yertys service", a member of the Regional Council of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Pavlodar region Baymakhanbet Sagindykov.
Workers and employees of LLP "Yertys service" discussed the priorities of the third modernization. According to Baymakhanbet Abutalipovich, all five major priorities designed to ensure economic growth above the global average, and steady progress among the 30 leading countries of the world.
Particular emphasis is placed on the program of productive employment and the development of mass entrepreneurship, which promotes support and development, including the young and aspiring entrepreneurs. A great help here is the fact that the participants of this program both in urban and rural areas can get a microcredit for their businesses up to 16 million tenge.
Here it is worth to note that in 2014 under the program of privatization, LLP "Yertys service" was privatized one of the first and handed over to the private sector. And, as it was noted by employees of the company, the positive effects of this decision are obvious. In particular, increased wages, workers are systematically encouraged by bonuses. For example, in 2016 in comparison with 2015 the average monthly wage of employees of the partnership increased from 113 799 to 158 830 tenge.
Labour productivity in 2015 amounted to 475 tanks per person, and in 2016 the labor productivity increased to 627 tanks per person. Accordingly, the production volume increased, which ultimately affected the increase in net profit of the enterprise. "All of these achievements, - said Baymakhanbet Sagindykov - ultimately improved the quality of the living standards of workers. And we do not plan to stop at the achieved, we plan introduction of new technologies in the future, gradual modernization of production that will ease the production process".
