Director of RCE answered questions and shared plans for 2017

Lazzat Chinkisbaeva noted that the indicators on the protection of the rights of entrepreneurs have been doubled in comparison with 2015. Of the received 319 applications, about 70% of cases were resolved positively. An important role in protecting business was played by the activities of the Council for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs, public monitoring and analysis upon appeals of entrepreneurs.

State procurements are determined the driver for business development and one of the priority activities of the Regional Chamber. "Currently, the register of domestic producers includes 364 manufacturers of goods of the region, this information is constantly updated. A working commission in the field of procurement was established to support domestic producers. The Commission rendered assistance in concluding agreements with the region's producers in the amount of 640 million KZT, including, the conclusion of 5 long-term contracts in the field of pharmaceuticals. The work is underway to identify the administrative barriers in the field of public procurement. So, for example, at the Chamber's suggestion, changes were introduced in the legislation on procurement on the exclusion "Of the automatic inclusion of second winners in the register of unscrupulous participants in procurement". If we focus on purchases of the quasi-public sector, a commission has also been established in this direction, within the framework of which assistance was rendered in concluding agreements worth 120 million KZT”, - said the head of the regional Chamber.

Lazzat Chinkisbaeva also noted the results of the Regional Development Map. According to her, currently, the map includes 23 investment projects worth about 14 billion tenge. "Of which 3 projects were financed in the amount of 350 million tenge. It is a fish processing factory in Panfilov district, which has no analogue in the region, as well as a sports and recreational complex in Taldykorgan and an ethno-restaurant in Zhambyl district", - she noted.

As for non-financial support of entrepreneurship, from the beginning of 2016, 5,300 specialized services were rendered to 5,300 entrepreneurs of the region. More than 18 thousand people were consulted on state programs. "In general, more than 600 business plans have been developed. More than 200 projects were implemented with our assistance in the amount of about 2 billion tenge. Since our region is agrarian, the projects are mainly realized in animal husbandry and plant growing. Among the projects it is possible to note the project of an entrepreneur who bought a car for 5 million KZT to create a mobile plant for the production of tea from sea-buckthorn leaves. The idea of ​​creating tea from sea-buckthorn leaves arose not spontaneously, but after studying literature, scientific research on the benefits of sea-buckthorn. She used the loan to convert the car into a mobile plant and this year she already plans to produce products", - added the Director of RCE.

As for tourism, two investment projects were launched in 2016 on Lake Alakol, which were accompanied by the Chamber. Also, for the convenience of tourists, in December 2016, in conjunction with the Tourism Department, an information Internet resource "Zhetysu" was established for places of accommodation and catering places. "I would like to praise separately the work of the Committee for Tourism and Sport under the Regional Council of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Almaty region. Representatives of the Committee jointly developed a master plan for the development of tourism, a "business card" of the region. With their active participation, working groups have been set up to implement and to promote tourism in all districts of the region", - noted Lazzat Chinkisbaeva.

They have built a dialogue with the business, support our branches in every possible way, which have already turned into the Chamber of Entrepreneurs. Recently, the akim of Alakol district expressed his intention to create such a branch", - she noted.
