176 companies of Uil district are headed by women
The role of women in modern society can’t be overestimated
In addition to the traditional role of mother and keeper of the family hearth, the woman is actively involved in the social, political and economic life of the region. Thus, 176 enterprises of the Uil district, including thirty peasant farms, are headed by women.
Azhar Saparova, a resident of the village Saralzhyn, has her own farm, and as far as she can help her fellow villagers. "I provide 80% of villagers with feed. In the future, I plan to take measures of state support and to engage in the development of livestock breeding", - says Azhar Saparova, the head of the Orynsha peasant farm.
Among the business initiatives of the residents of the Uil district is the production of packaging. There is a project for the production of prepackaged drinking water. During the visiting session of the Regional Council of Businesswomen on the occasion of International Women's Day, representatives of the fair sex who contributed to the development of enterprises were congratulated on the occasion.
Distinguished businessmen were awarded. Participants also shared their experience of doing business in the countryside. "Come to the town, contact me. I will help with the advice and, in case of need in credit, I will send it to a suitable organization", - said the chairman of the regional Council of Businesswomen Kulparshin Aidarkhanova.
