The Regional Chamber of Entrepreneurs together with the regional Department for Consumer Rights Protection of the Aktyubinsk region held an "Open Doors Day" to explain the regulatory legal acts in the sphere of sanitary and epidemiological welfare of the population.
Early in the morning local entrepreneurs hurried to receive consultation from specialists. Only in the first hours of reception the consultation were provided to more than 13 people. All of them are engaged in different spheres of activity and provide not only services in the sphere of public catering. However, the questions to the representatives of the Regional Chamber and the Department turned out to be similar.
So, the representative of the company "Stroydetal" complained that every year the dining room and the workshop are being inspected, at different times. Penalties are imposed for the identified violations. "Is it possible to conduct inspection at two facilities of the one enterprise at the same time", - asked representatives of the companies "Stroydetal" and "Aktobe-nan".
Aktyubinsk plant of chrome compounds, made proposals to introduce changes in the rules of industrial control in terms of hygienic standards. JSC "Grazhdanproekt Aktobe" submitted an appeal regarding the timing of the state examination of projects, more precisely the procedure itself. According to the standards, the state expertise of the project is conducted within 45 days, if violations are detected, return is made for revision. And here the entrepreneur spends time, dates go by and, consequently, repeated financial costs. Entrepreneurs propose to help them and to eliminate all the violations in the course of the state expert examination of the project without a refund.
The administrator of the restaurant "Khan Shatyr" consulted on the conclusion of contracts with disinfection organizations. A representative of LLP KazTeploenergoMontazh requested assistance in opening a canteen on the territory of the enterprise. Another businessman came from the suburbs of Aktobe. On the spot, she received detailed advice on the provision of nanny services through the current SP.
It is gratifying that no one was in a hurry after the individual consultations. Dialogue already in an expanded format, with a large number of entrepreneurs was very constructive at the round table.
This action takes place within the framework of the current memorandum between the Regional Chamber of Entrepreneurs and the Regional Department for Consumer Protection. Next week, the specialists of the department are ready to travel together with the Chamber experts to one of the districts of the region and advise the villagers.
