The company presented a new initiative in Aktobe at a round table devoted to the issues of development of student entrepreneurship. Representatives of the Ministry of Education and Science, the Ministry for Investment and Development, the Akimat of Aktobe region, the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs RK "Atameken", JSC "Entrepreneurship Development Fund" "Damu", Eurasian Resources Group, non-governmental organizations, heads of regional universities and local business community participated in it. The main challenge for Industry 4.0 will be employment. The Eurasian Group offers one of the ways to solve this problem - the development of active and enterprising youth in small towns. In this regard, ERG, guided by the principles of socially responsible business, announces its readiness to support the transformation of regional universities into entrepreneurial ones and launches the project "Creation of an ecosystem of youth entrepreneurship in the student environment" in the areas where the Group's enterprises are located. The new program is not the funding of partner universities. ERG undertakes to engage leading coaches in training and courses, as well as intends to assign mentors to motivated students, to teach the skills of calculating the economic benefits of their ideas, to provide premises for technology parks and laboratories, and much more. "We are sure that a youth initiative, including a student entrepreneurial initiative, can become one of the main factors in the development of Kazakhstan's innovative economy. We have already developed a matrix of interaction between universities and the Group in creating an ecosystem of student entrepreneurship and believe that the main rule of building an ecosystem is to build it on a local level", - said Irina Dauletbakova, deputy chairman on the issues of  staff and social work of the Eurasian Group. "The National Chamber of Entrepreneurs as an umbrella organization that unites the whole country's business welcomes the company's initiatives, supports and is ready to contribute to the development of this project. After all, in the end result we will get a layer of engineers with entrepreneurial skills that will be able to open a technological business or other specialists who can be entrepreneurs of their own profile", - said Olzhas Ordabayev, director of the human capital development department at NCE RK "Atameken". The pilot project in support of student entrepreneurship ERG was tested on the basis of Pavlodar State University named after S. Toraigyrov. This was helped by Tel Aviv University (TAU) and the Association of Friends of Tel Aviv University in Kazakhstan. The first results proved the relevance and viability of the initiative. After the presentation of the program, a partner university was announced, which, having passed the selection, will participate in the ERG project. This is Aktobe University named after S. Baishev. "We are convinced that by joining forces we will be able to create a student entrepreneurial ecosystem that will generate graduates with an active life position and integrated into a real business environment", - said Irina Dauletbakova in conclusion.
