North-Kazakhstani chefs learned how to cook Kazakh cuisine in a new way

A well-known chef from Astana Akhliddin Tulegenov held a master class for his colleagues in Petropavlovsk. A guest from the capital shared with his colleagues unique recipes of Kazakh cuisine. We cooked both main courses and desserts. A total of 14 people took part in the master class. These are college students and current cooks. According to them, such activities are necessary. They are useful both for chefs and restaurants. Some need knowledge , the other need customers. "By learning new things, we will be able to offer our visitors new, delicious dishes, which means that the attendance of our establishments will increase", -they say. Akhliddin Tulegenov told and showed the North-Kazakhstan chefs how to cook nine delicious dishes of Kazakh national cuisine correctly. The event was organized by the Chamber of Entrepreneurs and the Association of Restaurateurs and Hoteliers of the North Kazakhstan Region. Organizers note that such master classes are held once a quarter. "The Chamber conducts systematic work on training, retraining and advanced training of specialists. For the first time students of colleges who plan to associate their professional activities with this type of business took part in the training. This work is conducted on a systematic basis. Many cooks have already taken part in similar master classes several times and this is only one of the directions of our joint activity with the Association. A Resource Center for the training, retraining and advanced training of workers in the service sector was also opened. The issue on opening the Certification Center at the Association has been resolved, which will significantly improve the qualification level of specialists in the restaurant and hotel business and the quality of the provided services", - said Vladimir Litvinenko, head of the human capital development department of RCE. At the end of a two-day master class, all participants were awarded certificates.
