The Roadmap for the implementation of the social partnership was signed between the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the North-Kazakhstan region and the NKSU named after M.Kozybaev. Representatives of business and workers of the sphere of education became active participants of the roundtable "Social partnership of the KSU named after I. M. Kozybaev and the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the North Kazakhstan region. "During the meeting, issues of developing educational programs based on professional standards, implementation of the elements of dual training, professional internship and developing entrepreneurial education were considered. These issues are relevant for the regional business community, which are interested in recruiting professionally trained young professionals with high practical skills. The representative of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the North Kazakhstan region Vladimir Litvinenko emphasized the attention on the requirements for the future professional-this is the ability to work in a team, the ability to work in a project mode, to find and use up-to-date information, the ability to change from the point of view of professional and personal competencies. On his part, the head of the department of practice and employment of NKSU named after M. Kozybaeva Natalia Pobuzhuk stressed the importance of cooperation of entrepreneurs with the university for high-quality training of specialists in the course of professional practice and work on the employment of graduates. The result of the round table was the signing Roadmap for the implementation of social partnership of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the North Kazakhstan region and the regional university by the Director of the Chamber Turar Iskakov and the rector of the NKSU named after M. Kozybaev Serik Omibbayem. The Chamber has to do a lot of work for the universities and business stakeholders: the development and management of educational programs taking into account the realities of the regional labor market, the implementation of entrepreneurial education, the upgrading of the technical and engineering staff of enterprises and engineering and teaching staff of colleges, the conduct of effective career guidance work with students in schools and graduates of colleges and a number of others.
