Astana hosted a business breakfast in which women entrepreneurs received recommendations on how to conduct the business properly, on developing leadership skills and key features of working with subordinates. Carolyn Fueil represents the Rotary Club. She arrived from California, USA, to Kazakhstan for the first time. She specializes in the development of leadership potential, develops various management models. She is focused on training leadership. She has experience working in a business environment on a global scale. Visited more than 60 countries.
The main goal of the Rotary Club is to unite professionals and businessmen to implement humanitarian projects, develop high ethical standards in the professional sphere and help in establishing peace and goodwill throughout the world. The club was founded in 1905 in Illinois USA. "Two years ago in September, as part of the Open World program, the club hosted a delegation from Kazakhstan, young entrepreneurs who wanted to learn about the state of US business and about US state support. This was a good experience for both the American representatives and the Kazakh members of the delegation. Today I am here to improve relations and possibly start an international joint project", - the business coach from America commented on the event.

The program "Open World" offers a 10-day exchange to establish a long professional relationship between promising leaders of the countries of the Open World and the Americans. "Open World" supports the interests, projects, partnerships of Americans throughout the country related to the Eurasian countries. "When we have our own business, we are already leaders. But it is important to have patience in managing subordinates. They are the main tool of your business. If they work poorly, then business will stop providing quality services. It is vital to communicate well with employees, develop mutual trust. You also need to be able and have the courage to give some powers to subordinates. This system is especially used in the Western concept of the business environment", - said the coach.
As part of the business breakfast, Kazakh entrepreneurs presented their goods and services.
