Entrepreneur got her money for the product back after “Atameken” intervention.

In November 2017, a contract on public procurement for the supply of the labware was concluded between the entrepreneur and «Gorvodokanal» municipal utility service, department of housing and utility, passenger transportation and the roads of the local administration of Ekibastuz city.
The contractor supplied everything in good faith, which is proved with the electronic certificate of acceptance, invoices and shipping documents.
It would seem like a typical situation but the entrepreneur faced with unforeseen problems.
The point is that the period of estimation expired but the entrepreneur has yet to receive the long-awaited payment.
«I am a burgeoning entrepreneur. Under the contract I delivered all the required products taking into consideration all customer’s wishes. 20 December was the last day of the payment but the customer was keeping silence. Moreover no one tried to contact with me. Accidentally in the internet I saw an article with a similar situation where the chamber of entrepreneurs helped a business man. With only a dim of hope, I phoned to the chamber of entrepreneurs branch”- said Zhanna Doskazhanova.
The situation was also complicated by the fact that the supplier was in another city.
In this case, the experts from the chamber negotiated with the client and due to the chamber’s intervention the problem was solved.
“Well, I sent my appeal on the 21 of December and on the 27 of December I was phoned from the Chamber and they recommended me to check on my account and to my amazement money was transferred. Just like that! Apparently miracles do happen on New Year’s Eve. Today I know who I can turn for help to”- said the entrepreneur.
It should be noted that entrepreneurs rights and legitimate interests protection is one of the main “Atameken’s” activity directions.
According to Mediyat Musanap, the head of the chamber of entrepreneurs branch in Ekibastuz there were 21 approaches concerning business rights protection and all of them were resolved.
The sum of protected entrepreneurs rights is more than 1.5 million of tenge.
