Businessman Kairat Moldaseitov became head of Shymkent Regional Council

Kairat Moldaseitov has become the head of the Council of the Shymkent Chamber of Entrepreneurs. His candidacy was approved by an unanimous decision of the members of the Regional Council.

Kairat Moldaseitov is a well-known businessman in Kazakhstan. He is a president of the Otau Group and an honorary consul of Hungary in Shymkent. His company has managed to win the trust of consumers with its professionalism and effective solution of the complex tasks. He also managed to show himself as a zealous and attentive manager in state activities, being the akim of Turkestan and Shymkent.

 “Your business plays a city-forming role in the development of Shymkent. During the years of labor and social activities, you have gained considerable experience in business management, and when you were a deputy of the regional Maslikhat, you made a great contribution to the development of public life and the economy of the region. I am sure that the Regional Council under your chairmanship will provide tangible support to the business of the third metropolis,” the director of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Shymkent Nurlan Kabishtaev said.

Remind that this is the first meeting of the Regional Council in the new status. The Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Shymkent was established in October 2018. The Regional Council is the supervisory body of the regional chamber, which is composed of delegates from business entities, as well as representatives of associations and unions. The regional council is a dialogue platform between government agencies and the business community. The members of the Regional Council assist in the development of entrepreneurship in the region and participate in the development of legal acts, etc.

At the first meeting, the members of the Regional Council discussed the work plan for the coming year, as well as the direction and composition of the sectoral committees, budget and personnel commissions at the Regional Council.
