Famous coach Gani Abadan conducted master class for novice entrepreneurs

On October 22, at the business forum in Ust-Kamenogorsk, a well-known national business coach Gani Abadan spoke about the stages of growth in entrepreneurship and held a master class on starting a business. Future businessmen from different parts of East Kazakhstan came to learn from the capital's brand ambassador and successful entrepreneurs of the regional center.

As it is known, in 2019, which was announced the Year of Youth in Kazakhstan, the Zhas Kasipker project started all over the country, which united 200 classes, 10,000 young people and members of large families. The training was held for 20,000 people in Kazakhstan. Due to microcredits and grants, which are allocated by the state, starting a business by the results of the project will open not less than 5, 000 novice businessmen.

The Chamber of Entrepreneurs of East Kazakhstan region intends to hold business forums and masterclasses with experienced representatives of the business community permanently to ensure that startupers make fewer mistakes and move in the right direction to the business dream. So, in September Ust-Kamenogorsk and other regional centers of Kazakhstan hosted the Basta forum. On October 22, the business trainer of Kazakhstan was invited to the business forum in EKR, he has trained more than 6,000 people over the past 2 years.

Gani Abadan founded 10 companies, 3 of which still exist. He is an active business trainer of the Atameken NCE RK, co-author of business training programs for young people, and one of the "seven young and successful Kazakhs" according to look.tm magazine. The audience of East Kazakhstan liked his master class: they listened, holding their breath, asked questions and tried to answer them together, joked and generated ideas, and afterward thanked the business trainer with a storm of applause.

Director of Smart Innovations LLP, a graduate of the Avangard Plus School of Young Entrepreneurs Rustam Salakhutdinov, who is engaged in business process automation, shared his experience in opening a business forum with the audience. Yelena Berezinskaya-Abilova, a well-known Ust-Kamenogorsk businesswoman, the Chairperson of the Regional Council of Businesswomen of the Atameken for East-Kazakhstan region, also shared her experience of doing business and offered startups to address her in case they need support in business initiatives.

The forum was exciting and productive. Even after its completion, the participants did not want to leave the auditorium in any way and continued to actively communicate on the topic of opening their own business.
