Briefing on the introduction of new building rules
On June 18 at 12:30 p.m. at the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan "Atameken" was held a briefing on the introduction of new building rules. The participats of it will be Deputy Chairman of NCE RK Yuliya Yakupbaeva and Chairman of the Committee of construction, production of building materials, Housing - Alexander Belovich.
As experience shows that the current legislation in the construction industry has a lot of shortcomings, which does not allow to fully realize the potential of construction companies.
Delays in approval and issuance of the necessary documents, the presence of unnecessary of elements in a long line of state bodies, and this is not a complete list of current problems of the industry.
In this context, there is a need of review and optimization of the existing mechanism.
The developed rules of building (new edition) establish uniform regulations and requirements for the mandatory application by subjects of architecture, urban planning and construction activities on the whole territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Draft rules detail all the stages of the construction process, from design and ending with commissioning.
