TENGRINEWS.KZ - Nazarbayev met with Kulibayev and Myrzakhmetov
Nursultan Nazarbayev met with the leadership of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs "Atameken", reports Tengrinews.kz, citing to the press service of Akorda.
The Chairman of the Presidium Timur Kulibayev and Chairman of the Board Ablay Myrzakhmetov informed the President on the results of the National Chamber for the year 2016, the development of the business community in the Republic, as well as plans for the upcoming period.
The President of Kazakhstan noted that the Government is constantly engaged in purposeful work on business support.
"On the systematic basis we introduce changes to the legislation, reduction of the number of inspection organizations, we have canceled scheduled inspections. Entrepreneurs are actively involved in the legislative process, which should help to increase business share in GDP of the country", - said Nursultan Nazarbayev.
The President also pointed out that the measures taken by the State for the development of entrepreneurship in the country must provide adequate feedback from the business community.
"It is high time for business to respond to the care, attention and support, which have been provided by the state. It is necessary to work on the permanent involvement of citizens in the sphere of business, increasing its share in the economy of the country". - said the President of Kazakhstan.
The leaders of the Chamber said that the share of small and medium-sized businesses currently holds 25 per cent of the GDP and employs over three million people. In 2016 it produced goods to 11.2 trillion tenge, which is 6 percent more than in 2015.
"Together with the Prosecutor General's Office deputies of the Parliament are working on the revision of the sanitary-epidemiological requirements in the various fields of activity of small and medium-sized businesses", - said Myrzakhmetov.
The Chairman of the Board also said that on the instructions of the Head of State was carried out audit work in the licensing and control and supervisory field, which resulted in a significant reduction of permits and the abolition of routine checks. In addition, the leadership National Chamber informed about the work, which is being done in terms of creating mobile services for optimization and efficiency for the convenience of domestic entrepreneurs.
Following the meeting the Head of State gave a number of specific instructions.
