"Our business was developing for a long time, back in the 90s. And it began with a network of shops "Our company". It is based on wholesale trade. We has a small margin of profit, so that the circulation of money was good. We succeeded", - says Zhanna Mikhailovna.
Later the companions began to sell equipment in the famous store "Melody" and, later, sporting goods.
Last year, the company continued to develop, but in the other direction - it decided to create a network of grill bars. And today there are several such establishments in Astana, made in the English style.
"Among the innovations - electronic menu and a large screen on which at any time you can see how your dish is being prepared in the kitchen. In addition, all preparations are done in a special workshop and then from there they are conveyed to all the bars. Because the choice in our bars is not so big. I can boast of having a complete set of the Italian kitchen equipment, which is available not in any institution of the city", - says the businesswoman.
She noted that over the years, not all was smooth, there were problems, the ups and downs, but their company has never allowed itself to not pay people salaries, to conduct multiple revisions, perhaps that is why the staff has not changed over the years.
"Closer to the summer, guys, can I offer you to work with us, so you can see the business from the inside. Perhaps you want to open a similar institution. We do not resist competitors, on the contrary. After all, healthy competition motivates the constant growth and development ", - said Zhanna Mikhailovna.
Citing examples from personal experience, the management said that young people today have a lot of opportunities for development, including opening their own business. The only important thing is to study well the chosen direction.
"Do not think that you can get a good job through connections. It is not true. The skilled person will always be in demand and appreciated ", - summed up Zhanna Chernova.
