Who will get preferential loans?
The last word in terms of which entrepreneur will get money for business development rests with the members of the Regional Council and the Regional Chamber of Entrepreneurs
For these purposes, in Almaty and Aktobe regions were established credit committees, in Kyzylorda - the supervisory board, which has already begun to accept applications for loans.
The structure of the credit committee is approved by the Regional Council. It includes staff members of RCE and the Regional Council. This decision is dictated by the fact that the Regional Council is a dialogue platform between the Government and the business community. Members of the Regional Council are delegates from businesses, as well as representatives of associations (unions).
Members of the Regional Council shall assist in the development of entrepreneurship in the region and in everyday activities are familiar with the aspirations and concerns of entrepreneurs. So naturally, they are given the right to take decisions on applications.
Chairman of the Credit Committee is appointed by voting members of the CC, from among the members of this committee.
The Credit Committee reviews the loan applications and by the results of the review makes a decision through the vote.
Supervisory board of the Regional Investment Center will be engaged in the consideration of loan applications in Kyzylorda region, which also includes representatives of the Regional Council and RCE. Supervisory Board is headed by the Chairman of the Regional Council.
