The history of the sewing workshop starts in 2004, when a few enthusiasts after the exhibition in Omsk set a goal - to provide Pavlodar health facilities with locally produced medical clothing of good quality.

Long-term demand of doctors to the products of the company "Leader +" is due to the company’s policy, that puts in priority “quality-price-style”, which is highly appreciated by medical professionals. In addition, the company's goods were awarded at the regional competition-exhibition "The Best Product of Kazakhstan". In the nomination "The best goods for the population" IE Isenova took II place.

The director of IE "Isenova" Liliya Isenova shared her knowledge about medical fashion, as well as the modern trends of clothing production for professional paramedics.

- Liliya Isenova, please tell me, what indicators the enterprise achieved during its work?

- In 2004, with the forces of 8 people were produced first medical gowns under the brand name "Leader +". Gradually, the popularity of the brand has grown, and in 2010 our sewing shop doubled its number of employees and moved to new premises. The best compliment for us - it's feedback from our customers, who gratefully return to us to buy uniforms year after year for. And, of course, an important achievement is the award at the regional competition-exhibition "The Best Product of Kazakhstan".

Increased production - it is also a big result and stability indicator. Now it is preparing to release another catalog of our products, because each model of our clothes - is a hard work of the whole team.

The brand "Leader +" is known not only in Pavlodar, our products are sold in many cities of Kazakhstan. All our products are completely manufactured in Pavlodar. For the convenience of consumers, we also offer a broad supply of goods for medical institutions: bedding (blankets, pillows, curtains, pelmets).

- Modern medical clothing. What does this concept mean?

- For a long time (at the enterprises of the Soviet Union) requirements to uniforms were strictly regulated. 90s brought an unprecedented variety of uniforms and footwear, including imported and brought confusion in numerous requirements for uniform.

If you look at our catalog of suits, gowns, and other clothing variations, you will see that it is a full variety of colors, a wide range of different styles, accessories and finishes that will satisfy the most refined taste.

A modern medical uniform and a robe – is a synthesis of comfort, functionality, style and necessary protective properties. We offer robes and uniforms in a wide variety of colors. After all, according to experts, nice color - is a medicine, it can take stress off from patients. Even a white robe can’t be called boring - custom tailoring, contrasting trim, bright accessories. Currently, working clothes - is not just clothing for protection of the person from the environment, but also the creation of the company's image.

- On what is based the success of the company, what type of innovation do you introduce?

- Quality - is the main policy of our company. There are a lot of requirements for the quality of medical clothing, because the quality of labor of medical workers depends on it. Beautiful, comfortable and durable uniforms are in demand among buyers and customers. We have established close partnership with major international companies: manufacturers of fabrics and accessories, etc. We use well-proven fabrics that fully meet the high level of modern technologies. Our fabrics – are a synergistic effect of the positive properties of cotton and polyester: they are hygroscopic, don’t peel, less rumpled, breathe well.

In a competitive environment, we try to increase the pace of production. Uniform designing is a rich and surprisingly bright world where you can find all the colors of the rainbow, and combine them into one unique and unmistakable pattern. Today sewing market – is a place where handicraft production gives way to new technologies, where glamour and glitter win over dullness and routine, and we try to keep up with new trends. At the moment, we are opening a workshop for the production of chevrons and logos for customer enterprises. Chevrons and stripes - are quite popular products, which are used as a symbol of corporate identity and for advertising purposes.

- Is this your first experience of participation in the regional competition-exhibition "The Best Product of Kazakhstan"?

- The contest is held every year, but this is our first participation in it. The most enjoyable aspect of the competition, of course, was getting a diploma, an award of 2 degree and a monetary certificate. The team rejoiced at the news. No money can buy a sense of pride of employees when their work obtains recognition. I am, as a leader, dream that my employees get the best.

The victory in the nomination "The best goods for the population" – is a recognition of our common labor. But at the same time it is a great responsibility. We must comply with this status, and thus continually improve the quality of our products. In the future, we hope to win first place. Participation in the contest will allow us to reach a new level. This victory, I think, bring awareness, broadens our customers pool.

We are not chasing big sales volumes; the main thing for us is creation of high-quality products. Our goals for the near future – is to expand our presence to other regions, to increase distribution and retail network, to cooperate with wholesalers.
