March: "Atameken" has launched a small business micro-credit program in rural areas
In order to develop mass entrepreneurship, including support for citizens in rural areas with entrepreneurial initiative, NCE RK "Atameken" launched a microcredit project designed for small business.
Funding for the program based on a return of 1 billion 200 million tenge will be implemented through the involvement of private capital companies of the Group "Almex". 300 million tenge will be allocated within the program for 4 pilot regions plus - co-financing from the local government offices in the same volume. Microloans are issued by 6-7% for 3 years.
The pilot project was launched in 5 regions.
