With the assistance of a branch of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Aktobe region in Alga village of Alga District will appear a bath complex with health-improving effect and SPA-procedures.
The desire to open complex, whose clients will receive a set of services, including SPA-procedures, emerged from the individual entrepreneur Kunzhan Sarbasova.
A few years ago, she privatized a former restaurant building with total area of 500 m² and for many years she rented it as a warehouse. This year, she decided to place a bath complex it in. But she faced a number of problems.
"The difficulties arose when I decided to get permits for renovation and conversion of the building, in particular, I couldn’t get an architectural and designing requirement specification and the approval of SES. Of course, I knew that all claims and waivers of local executive bodies were unfounded and contradicted each other. Then I went to the branch of RCE for help", - said Kunzhan Sarbasova.
Employees of the District Business Support Center examined all the regulations related to this problem.
"State authorities do not accept her application, they claimed that the documents were not in order. We went along to different authorities, arguing the case. Specialists of the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning didn’t even explain to her which certain requirements she had to meet to reconstruct the building. Kunzhan Sarbasova has already received all the permits and set to work", - said the manager of the Centre of Business Support Zhandos Koytleuov.
