The working conditions for pharmacists will be simplified
It will be possible to register and to re-register the pharmaceutical products in a short time
This will be possible after the adoption of rules, stipulating time frame, during which is determined the legitimacy of the presence of products at the pharmaceutical market.
In the near future it is planned to create a common Eurasian pharmaceutical market, which will be regulated by the new terms of the circulation of medicines, medical devices and medical equipment in accordance with international standards.
In this regard, NCE "Atameken" together with the business community, representatives of the Ministry of Health, the National Center for examination of medicines, medical devices and medical equipment has worked on improvement of the existing procedure of registration and examination of medicines, medical devices and medical equipment.
During the discussion, business structures proposed to eliminate duplication of functions of state agencies on inspection of enterprises by the expert organization in the period of registration of products, they suggested to review the rules, regulating the costs of business registration and examination of products, introduce the experience of developed countries, to establish the bioequivalence of generic drugs based on pharmaceutical equivalence.
There was also received a proposal for the revision of the time within which the validity is determined by the presence of products at the pharmaceutical market.
It is expected that the aforementioned amendments will enhance the transparency of procedures of registration and examination of products, as well as the effective development of entrepreneurship in the pharmaceutical sector.
