Prosecution of pseudo-entrepreneurship!
The State Revenue Committee actively fights against the tax officers, who stand on the side of the shadow business
“We work on identification of those individuals who are engaged or promote pseudo-entrepreneurship”. Such a statement was made today at a briefing at the office of the Service of Central Communications of Kazakhstan by the chairman of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance Daulet Ergozhin.
According to him, as of July 1 of this year, “there were filed 149 criminal cases against employees of the State Revenue Committee, of which 96 criminal cases were instituted by internal security forces”.
"The analysis includes all services, including tax, customs and services of economic investigation", - said D. Ergozhin.
As an example, the head of the State Revenue Committee brought criminal cases against employees of the tax service of Karaganda and Pavlodar oblasts.
“They illegally confirmed the location of enterprises, which are de facto absent at the place of registration. Appropriate prosecution measures were adopted towards them”, - stated D. Ergozhin.
