The draft of the Entrepreneurial Code migrated from the Mazhilis to the Senate
Rules of the game for business and the state received the final support of the lower Chamber of the Parliament and were submitted to the upper chamber. The final comparison chart includes 492 legislative norms, all of which were discussed at the meetings of the working groups, Mazhilisman Azat Peruashev, who presented the draft law.
"We believe that consolidation of acts into a single Code, regulating the business of the state and their systematization will favor the development of the sphere of entrepreneurship", - said the deputy.
The need for a separate Code for entrepreneurs in Kazakhstan was initially discussed in 2008. It is planned that by the end of this year, the Code will be adopted by the Parliament, and then transferred for the signature to the head of our state.
