About changes of antitrust laws
"Scientific-practical commentary" to the Entrepreneurial Code was issued
JSC "Center for Development and Protection of Competition Policy" issued a "Scientific-practical commentary to the Entrepreneurial Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Section 4 "Economic Competition" in the Kazakh and Russian languages by the order of the Committee on Regulation of Natural Monopolies and Protection of Competition of MNE of RK. This commentary takes into account recent changes in the legislation of Kazakhstan in the sphere of protection of competition and includes the legal positions to the main sections of the entrepreneurial Code of RK by the condition on 1st of August 2016. The commented norms of antimonopoly legislation will be useful for businesses, subject to antitrust regulation.
