Largest Oil Company plans to expand existing production capacities
In particular, the company developed a project for management of wellhead pressure at the Tengiz field, according to which will be applied the principles of modular construction and used prefabricated modules and prefabricated modular racks, which are manufactured outside the facility under construction.
So, it is planned to build a system to increase the pressure, the power unit, including the power generating facilities, power substations, etc., the site wells, metering stations and a new oil gathering system, combined with the existing system, permanent infrastructure, including roads, warehouses, etc.
As it was explained in the department of public procurement and local content NCE RK, the project is of great importance and are now trained, reliable and proven suppliers are being in search who will be able to take on the obligations and properly implement delivery of goods, works and services.
In this regard, LLP "Tengizchevroil" creates a universal database of suppliers in order to identify the strengths of companies, their capabilities and interest in the project.
"At the request of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs was provided information on the mechanism of pre-qualification, as well as to fill in the questionnaire and sending information about suppliers. One of the conditions for the passage of pre-qualification is a complete filling of the graph and the questionnaire items as incomplete filling creates grounds for rejection of profiles", - said the deputy director of department of public procurement and local content NCE RK Roman Tsoi.
Moreover, it is necessary to fill in the questionnaire and undergo pre-qualification of each project separately, as well as to update the data in the event that any changes took place in the organization regarding the composition of the shareholders, members, locations, activities, etc.
At the same time, as it was noted by the representative of the NCE, in order to avoid prejudice to suppliers as well as to grant preferences to certain categories of providers, applications will be considered outside of Kazakhstan.
