"We must leave three taxes: a general tax, a patent for individual entrepreneurs, a special tax regime for SMEs and the agricultural sector. Such a mechanism will shift the shadow economy into the light", - he said. In this regard, the main task of the Government should be the “increase” of the transparency in the tax field." "Only in this way, each economic entity will be interested in paying the taxes in full", - he said.

Another order given to the Government is "to conduct a full audit of all state programs". "In a crisis, every tenge should be counted, inefficient spending should be excluded from the budget", - said Elbasy. Besides, Nursultan Nazarbayev stressed the importance of a more prudent attitude to the means of the National Fund, we “must stop” their use for current expenses.
