The work of development of roadside service will be intensified
The network contract for the development of roadside service was signed by Governor of Aktobe region Berdibek Saparbayev, the chairman of the National Company Ermek Kizatova and the director of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Aktobe region Nurlybek Mukanov.
"The length of the highway "Western Europe - Western China" along the territory of the region is 1 894 kilometers, in this region there are more than one hundred entities, providing roadside service, which doesn’t meet international standards. At the same time we need to get the maximum benefit from transit traffic, going to Russia and to Asia", - said the head of the region during the meeting and suggested to compile by joint efforts at the end of January a special map with indication of the most favorable locations for service centers.
It is known that under the "Business Road Map 2020", the Akimat of the region is ready to allocate 100 million tenge to help entrepreneurs in the provision of land, connection of engineering networks, registration of necessary documents.
The Chairman of the Board of JSC "NC" KazaAvtoZhol" Ermek Kizatov announced that the national company "KazAvtoZhol" was endowed with new powers for the development of roadside service. The company reviewed the status of roadside services and found that most of the 3028 objects in the republic do not meet the requirements of national standards, which were introduced in July 2015, thus, they can’t fully provide the services for international transit and domestic traffic.
"The road side infrastructure includes not only comfort for travel but also place for the rest of drivers and passengers in order to ensure their safety. These includes the appropriate equipment, service, maintenance, and all that implies roadside infrastructure. We intend to attract investors. It is necessary not only to build facilities, it is necessary to ensure that they comply with all accepted international standards. This does not mean that we are going to close or to take other actions in respect of small and medium-sized businesses. On the contrary, we plan to modernize the existing engineering networks, to modernize and to create catering places, trade items, motels, camping sites and petrol stations", - shared his plans Ermek Kizatov.
It is worth noting that the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Aktobe region conducted work to attract entrepreneurs willing to develop roadside service.
According to Director of RCE Nurlybek Mukanov, today more than fifty entrepreneurs are wishing to establish their own business in this field.
Two of them: an individual entrepreneur Lyazzat Idirisova and the director of LLP “BS – Exeed” Sazanbay Dzhumagaziyev attended the meeting.
"It is gratifying that we, the entrepreneurs, are supported at this level. We intend to build in Martuk district on the border with Russia a camping with parking for 200 units of cargo transport, hotel for forty beds, car service, a dining room and a petrol station. We provide a range of services. The cost of the project is about four million tenge", - shared his plans Dzhumagaziyev.
The logical conclusion of the meeting was the signing of a contract for the development of the Network of roadside service.
