In just five months Irgiz businesswoman Liana Aimanova became the owner of her own shop
Liana Aimanova is a financier with higher education. For almost ten years, she worked in one of the second-tier banks in Aktobe. She was a young professional and over the years became a first-class financial manager. She studied the business sphere... and decided to try herself in business.
Without hesitation she left the so-called comfort zone, rented a small grocery store in the center of the city and went to work.
"You would not believe I was working all day and night. It was not easy, but I worked and I liked it. Things went well. I have increased turnover, I have regular customers, I had plans, but one day the owner of the shop has violated the terms of the contract and asked to release the store. All my plans collapsed overnight", - says the young woman.
The businesswoman has decided to continue her activities in Irgiz. Given the sad experience, she decided to build her own shop at any cost.
She addressed for advice to the branch of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Aktobe region in Irgiz district.
"In a family council we decided to build a store on the territory of the parental home. Branch Director Gulnar Shamieva provided me with all the necessary support from the preparation of documentation for changing the status of a land plot to development of a business plan and making of the design sketch of the store. With a light hand Gulnar Askarovna promptly received all permits and started construction", - said Liana.
Shop "Adilkhan" was built in three months.
"Implementation of my project took only five months. Of course, a lot of help and support I received from the Chamber of Entrepreneurs. Many of the issues were quickly solved thanks to the support of the consultants. As a result, today, our shop is one of the best in the district center", - thanks the entrepreneur.
Currently Liana Aimanova plans to open a mini plant for the production of semi-finished products.
