In addition, according to the results of control tests it was found out that one in four products is sold without documents, which confirm its safety, namely 3198 facts of sale of nonconforming products, in 796 cases, there were no documents.

It is also worth noting that out of 1,694 samples taken from the production for children and adolescents, 564 samples do not correspond to the technical regulations. In addition, in the course of the discussion, there were revealed systemic problems of adaptation of technical regulations by regulatory bodies, ambiguity of understanding of the rules of technical regulation of Customs Union by trade retailers. In particular, the meeting has shown the lack of interaction between the manufacturer, supplier and retailer of food products in terms of ensuring the traceability of food products and compliance with TR of CU. As a result, there was adopted a decision on the need for further awareness-raising seminars, roundtables and other forms of provision of information at the site of NCE RK for the provision of information about requirements of standards of TR in CU for food industry to business entities, retailers.
