The initiative of the Metropolitan Chamber of entrepreneurs is implemented successfully
Educational Resource Center "Student", which was created on the initiative of the Chamber of entrepreneurs of Astana, works very well. Thanks to the acquired skills on opening and running of business, students of Commerce and Economic College of Kazpotrebsoyuz receive employment offers.
They shared this news in the course of the "round table", which was dedicated to the issues of dual teducation.
"We have opened a mini-retail outlet in the center that was selling office supplies, soft drinks, crisps and chocolate. As a result, in practice, students mastered the skills of accounting and tax reporting in the program 1C 8.2. They acquired skills of work with cash registers, which have fiscal memory, regulatory documents, e-government portal. They learned how to do calculation, payroll, conduct an inventory of stock and cash. And most importantly, they gained experience of communication with civil servants, as well as with customers and suppliers", - shared their experience third-year students, majoring in "Training and Audit".
Teachers point out that students not only accepted products from suppliers, they also placed them, observing the assortment policy and commercial neighborhood, replenishing the shelves, they also conducted market research with the development of the questionnaire among first-year students, thus, conducting analysis of the pricing policy of potential competitors. The results of the research have helped them in their work with potential suppliers of goods at the center "Student".
"It's a great experience for our students. Many of them have already received offers of employment, some render certain services that employers are happy to pay for", - not without pride, said the pricipl of the College of Kazpotrebsoyuz Muratbek Kuzhumov.
Director of the Chamber of entrepreneurs of Astana Ghani Tasmaganbetov expressed his satisfaction with the project. "We must continue to work in this direction in order to meet employers' needs for highly qualified personnel. It is necessary to develop social partnership with entrepreneurs who are ready to provide its production facilities for practical training", - stressed the head of the Metropolitan Chamber of Entrepreneurs.
During the "round table" representatives of JSC "Holding" Kusіpkor" also told about the advantages of the modular system of the dual education and about the system of advanced training for teachers, which was developed by the holding company.
"Policy in the field of advanced training of teachers, as well as the form of training programs must comply with the changes in society and adapt to them in order to meet the requirements of employers. The global technological and economic development of the labor market demands constant transformation and teachers also need a modern system of training, which would set a vector for personal and professional growth", - said Gani Tasmaganbetov.
The Metropolitan Chamber of entrepreneurs actively cooperates with trade and economic college of Kazpotrebsoyuz. In October 2015 the teachers and students of the college on the basis of the Metropolitan Chamber learned the basics of doing business during the course "Business Advisor", which was held within the framework of the fourth direction of the Unified program "Business Road Map 2020" - "Enhancement of entrepreneurial potential".
The event "Kaleidoscope of entrepreneurial ideas" was held for students, majoring in "marketing, tourism and translation with the support of the Chamber and the College within the frames of the creative week in the College. During the event the consultant of the Chamber Kairat Kusainov conducted training for 50 students, studying "marketing, tourism and translation" under the title "targeting and the formation of business ideas".
