"Atameken" will expand the scope of consulting services
The scope of business consulting will be expanded in Kazakhstan
The scope of the consulting services, which are provided currently in the regional offices of RCE "Atameken" will be expanded. Deputy Chairman of the Board of NCE RK "Atameken" Tulemis Shotanov spoke about this perspective at a briefing at the Service of Central Communications.
"We can see that this type of service, as a “Development of a Quality Management System" is not in a big demand, as we would like it to be. This suggests that business needs some other things today", - said T. Shotanov.
At the same time, local entrepreneurs show growing to the perspectives, which open up with the adoption of the law "On state private entrepreneurship" at the end of 2015.
"And the law provides a tremendous opportunity for our business in the conditions of lack of financial resources. Entrepreneurs often wonder: how to develop a project, how to get into the register, where you can apply the norms of the law, etc. And we made a proposal to the Ministry of National Economy to make consulting on PPP (public private partnership) as one of the types of services. Furthermore, many entrepreneurs are interested in issue of various notices, permits, licenses, etc.", - said T. Shotanov.
According to Tulemis Shotanov, this offer is at the stage of negotiations. In case of a positive response, the Government of Kazakhstan can start consulting in the field of PPP in 2017.
