The National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan "Atameken" is working on attraction of Chinese investors to the Kazakhstani market for the development of processing industries of agricultural products in accordance with the Plan of the nation's "100 concrete steps". Thus, in the framework of the bilateral cooperation was organized the work of domestic producers with Xi'an Industrial Corporation "Aytszyuy". The company is a leading enterprise in Shaanxi Province of China (PRC) in the agriculture industry and specializes in the production and processing of oil-bearing and cereal crops. It has its own trading and logistics network, warehouses and more than 1,200 stores. In the framework of joint cooperation, the Kazakh food producers received a real opportunity to export their products to the vast market of the neighboring country. It should be noted that Kazakhstani food is very popular at the Chinese market, as it has an excellent taste, environmentally friendly ingredients, high quality and reasonable price, enjoy great.

"We are working for over a year with "Aytszyuy". With the assistance of "Atameken" we exported 2 thousand tons of vegetable oil to the province Shensi in the current year. Moreover, the company "Aytszyuy" with the assistance of the Chamber purchased about 40 tons of confectionary products which are in great demand among the Chinese population", - said the head of the Secretary of the Committee of the agro-industrial complex Rustem Kurmanov.

Now, he said, the two sides are moving to a new stage of cooperation. "Currently, it is planned to implement another investment project - construction of a plant for deep processing of oilseeds and grains in North-Kazakhstan region. NCE will accompany the project from start to finish. Now comes the first stage - the selection of the land", - said the representative of the Chamber.

The cost of the project amounts to 58 million dollars. Construction of the plant has already started this year. At the first stage it is planned to produce 500 tons of vegetable oil and 500 tons of flour per day, with a view to increase it 2 times.

It is important that the project foresees the amalgamation of 42 enterprises - growers of oilseeds in a joint cooperative in Taiynsha District. In turn, the company "Aytszyuy" is ready to assist in the pre-financing, to provide seeds and fertilizers, to train specialists and to organize the guaranteed marketing of products.

In order to implement effectively the investment project at the site of NCE was signed a joint action plan between the "Atameken" and "Aytszyuy", which will clearly coordinate the cooperation of the parties. There was also signed a memorandum, which will regulate the relationship between the Chamber and the Chinese company.

According to General Director of "Aytszyu" Jia HAI, the development of China's economy is now at a stage, at which the country seeks to provide the population with healthy food. "Kazakhstan produces ecologically clean food, that is why it is of great interest for us. Our goal is to build a large-scale processing plant for the processing of oilseeds: rapeseed and sunflower at a volume of about 300 thousand tons per year, as well as the creation of a major trade and industrial base for processing of agricultural products - meat and dairy products, noodles and other products, to export to China ", - he said.

Jia expressed his sincere gratitude to the NCE for facilitating cooperation.

It is worth noting that "Atameken" provides real help to domestic and Chinese entrepreneurs in solving practical problems, in finding a strategic partner, the removal of barriers to export and delivery of Kazakh products. Maintenance of projects is carried out "manually" from the organization of bilateral meetings on the negotiation stage to the practical organization of delivery and sales.
