Almaty hosts a joint meeting of the Council for the Protection of Rights of Entrepreneurs under NCE RK "Atameken" and the Council on the protection of the rights of entrepreneurs under RCE of Almaty

The meeting was held under the chairmanship of the Representative of NCE RK "Atameken" in the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Chairman of the Council for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs at NCE RK "Atameken" Gani Kasymov and the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan Bolat Palymbetov.

The agenda included questions of the cost of rent of municipal property for the catering companies, unreasonable taxation of information signs, the appeals of entrepreneurs on inaction of the prosecuting authorities of Almaty, illegal actions of MUS "Tospa su", Department of Architecture and Urban Planning, district offices of the state revenue Department of Almaty and other systemic violations in the sphere of economic activity.

According to the chairman of the Council on the protection of the rights of entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan under NCE RK "Atameken" Gani Kasymov, the participation of the Commissioner for Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan Bolat Palymbetov gives high importance to the event.

"This is our tenth visit to the region. Since the creation of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs, we held more than 30 meetings of the Council on protection of rights of entrepreneurs. Today, we hold a visiting session of the Council in the city of Almaty. This is a key economic region of the country, the city of republican significance, the financial center. Therefore, we pay close attention to the security of the business community. NCE currently considers more than 11 500 cases within the line of business protection. Of these, more than 900 appeals come from the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Almaty. This indicates that the most important and urgent business problems are concentrated here. The results indicate how much work carried out the Regional Chamber. And today, our biggest priority is to preserve the existing business, and for this it is necessary to intensify efforts within the line of business support and protection", - said Gani Kasymov.
